A bouquet of ginger and fresh blossoms mixed with the flavors of tangerine and apricot make our semi-dry Traminette a perfect pairing for Asian-inspired dishes like orange-glazed chicken and coconut curries.

The complexity of this wine brings a new taste with every sip. It is wonderful with oriental cuisine, but it is also great on its own. Along with the Pinot Gris it has become my favorite from Hunter Winery.

We purchased the Traminette on our recent wine tasting in mid September. We took a bottle with us to our favorite Asian restaurant - excellent !! Same when my wife had her Mexican Lasagna !!
