ALL OF OUR WINES

Five years in oak barrels has produced a port-style wine that has a beautifully earthy appearance and a rich tapestry of flavors: candied plum, dried black currant and raisin. Made from estate grown, climate resilient Chambourcin grapes.

Made with 100% sustainably grown grapes from our own vineyards managed with organic practices. Our Cayuga White is bright, clean, and delectable. Aromas of kiwi, melon and lemon zest.

Riesling is one of our signature wines. It strikes just the right balance between playful lightness and grounded weightiness on the palate. This is a versatile wine that pairs well with a diversity of dishes and tastes.

Our Cream Sherry is deliciously smooth, fortified with grape brandy, and filled with warm flavors of raisins, butterscotch and hickory.

Cherries, pepper, and other bright red fruits shine. A silky texture with aging in neutral oak barrels support a solid acid backbone. 

This vintage is soft on the tannins with a long, smooth finish. Aromas of cherry and mocha, with a dash of black pepper.

Hand harvested very late in the season and gently pressed. Complex and bright. Honeysuckle, mango, and other tropical flavors shine.
