Dry-Sweet scale

Put your feet up at the end of a long day and sip our Port.  Craig Hosbach, our winemaker, made this wine in the traditional method by stopping fermentation with grape brandy leaving natural residual sugar.  Port was aged in neutral oak barrels for 9 months and is full of cherry, strawberry and plum flavors. Port is fantastic with rich, dark chocolate desserts, but is also amazingly good with treats like Gorgonzola-stuffed pears.

Currently, state laws prohibit shipment of this wine to Maine, Montana and Vermont residents.

Ruby Port is one of our go-to favorites, especially around the holidays. This is one of the best there is, rivaling even those from Portugal. It's sweet, but not overpoweringly so, which makes it enjoyable for everyone — even if you tend to prefer wine on the drier side. It pairs great with chocolate, fruits, and cheese, and the brandy finish gives it a robust and flavorful kick. It's fantastic as a digestif, but equally as good to sip on during a blustery winter evening. You can't go wrong with this port.
