To produce Hunter's Red, we first blend wines from two French-American red grapes -- DeChaunac and Corot Noir -- with a white wine (!), Seyval Blanc. We then age the wine in stainless steel to produce a smooth, easy red wine with hearty flavors but low in tannins. Hunter's Red is perfect not only for regular red wine drinkers but also for white wine drinkers seeking an enjoyable red. Hunter's Red is outstanding when served with barbecued or grilled meats. Serve at cool room temperature or lightly chilled.
