Personal favorite of owner Joyce Hunt, our 100% Finger Lakes Chardonnay exhibits delicate fruit flavors and soft vanilla notes imparted by eight months of oak aging and malolactic fermentation. Enjoy it chilled with cheeses, shellfish, chicken, veal and pasta with rich sauces (e.g. pesto, butter– or cream-based).
The beautiful balance and versatility of this Semi-Dry Riesling make it a perennial favorite of the Hunt family. It exhibits apple and peach notes, a touch of sweetness and a clean finish that beautifully complements pork, veal and poultry dishes (perfect with turkey!).
