Our Custom Crush services are available to wineries of all sizes.
- Grape pressing: Grapes pressed into your transport containers
- Juice chilling and settling: Grapes pressed, sulfited, enzymed and chilled down to 40° F. Racked into your transport containers.
- Custom winemaking: Wine made to your specifications.
- Bulk wines: A range of heat- and cold-stable wines available for sale every year.
We have over 65,000 gallons of capacity with jacketed tank volumes ranging from 4,200 gallons to 500 gallons. We offer oak choices of new or neutral, as well as American, French and Hungarian.
