The new vintage of our popular Cayuga perfectly expresses the clean, crisp flavors that this regional grape variety was bread to embody. Cayuga White is refreshing and lightly fruity with hints of peaches and a touch of sweetness. One of our most versatile wines, it pairs beautifully with salty hors d'oeuvres, as well as a wide variety of Asian and African cuisines.
A great white wine that is excellent when served chilled. It's perfect for sipping on a warm summer night and also goes well with pizza and hors d'oeuvres

One of the best white wines out there -- Unique flavor...

This Cayuga is fruit forward with super juicy pineapple and granny smith apple, accompanied by some very nice slate-like mineral taste and even some grassy flavors! It's not very sweet, more like off-dry. The mouthfeel is super smooth, almost creamy. Many "creamy" wines tend to be flat, but this has a wonderful balance of acidity!
It isn't super complex, but for less than $10 you get a very delicious, well-balanced white wine! Many $20 don't drink like this! We thought this would go very well with a nice cheese and cracker spread! We'd also recommend pairing with Sushi!

I had this at a wedding. I like wines but never had many of your wines. Was going to have a gin and tonic but they had no lime so I tried this. Loved it going to get me some!

Perfect balance of fruit favors without being too sweet. Enjoy on a warm summer evening, but be careful, it goes down almost too easily!

My daughter went to a wine tasting, and thought this would be a good one for me! I LOVE it! Fruity...yet not too sweet!

Perhaps my expectations were a bit low, but this wine is a stunner. Absolutely delightful with a bit of sweetness, it conjures images of apples, peaches, and perhaps nectarine. It's not a huge, bold wine, but is terrific as a sipper. Women who typically order white zinfandel will have a religious experience when they taste this. I've had it with everything from hors d'oeuvres to veal to pasta, and it's held up well. For ten bucks, it's a very solid value.
