Joyce's Curried Chicken Salad
- 4 lbs chicken breasts
- 3 cups mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup Hunt Country Vignoles
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup almonds, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups grapes, seedless, cut in half
1. Cook chicken, chill, and then dice.
2. Put all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir until well mixed.
3. Serve on a bed of greens, in a pita sandwich or on a roll.
Serve with a glass of Vignoles.
