Chef Paul's White Grape Salsa
- 1/2 lb green grapes, seedless, cleaned and chopped
- 1 tbsp Jalapeño peppers, cleaned and chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 3 tbsps parsley, fresh
Add together all ingredients and mix. Best if refrigerated overnight.
1. Mix 1 cup of salsa with 1 cup of sour cream and serve with corn chips.
2. Pour over a block of cream cheese and serve with crackers.
3. Serve over ice cream.
Serve with a glass of Dolce di Moscato.
