A perfect everyday red wine, our Classic Red is reminiscent of Chianti: smooth, complex in fruit character, and lightly oaked. Great with pizza and other Italian dishes with red sauces, peppery beef dishes, and as a "magic ingredient" in hearty soups and stews.

We blend several grapes to give Classic Red its character. The Corot Noir and Chambourcin grapes impart berry flavors. The Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon provide depth and backbone. Noiret adds a hint of pepper. Drink at cool room temperature.

'Classic' is right! Great choice to serve with a nice steak, burgers, or spaghetti.....
