We craft our wines to be enjoyed by different folks with different tastes. Our 170-acre farm includes 43 acres of wine grapes. The varieties under our care include Cabernet Franc, Chardonnay, Riesling, Seyval Blanc, Valvin Muscat, Vidal Blanc, and Vignoles. We are the oldest continuous producer of genuine ice wine in the United States.
Two classic French varietals come together to make this perfectly balanced, full-bodied wine. Our Cabernet Franc-Merlot is a selection of the finest barrels from two past harvest seasons. Alchemy is the medieval predecessor to chemistry: a search to perfect certain substances and to create a magical ‘elixir of life.’ The closest thing we’ve found to a universal cure is a phenomenal wine and we hope you enjoy this one. Our Alchemy is a blend of Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. This dry red wine has black cherry notes, firm oak and hints of pepper. Enjoy a glass on its own or with a wide variety of hearty meat dishes, rich cheeses, and tomato-based Italian cuisine.
The new vintage of our popular Cayuga perfectly expresses the clean, crisp flavors that this regional grape variety was bread to embody. Cayuga White is refreshing and lightly fruity with hints of peaches and a touch of sweetness. One of our most versatile wines, it pairs beautifully with salty hors d'oeuvres, as well as a wide variety of Asian and African cuisines.
A personal favorite of owner Joyce Hunt, our 100% Finger Lakes Chardonnay exhibits delicate fruit flavors and soft vanilla and buttery notes imparted by eight months of oak aging and malolactic fermentation. Enjoy it chilled with cheeses, shellfish, chicken, and pasta with pesto, butter- or cream-based sauces.
Fermented in the bottle, this fine Brut-style Champagne, produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes, makes any occasion a special event.

A perfect everyday red wine, our Classic Red is reminiscent of Chianti: smooth, complex in fruit character, and lightly oaked. Great with pizza and other Italian dishes with red sauces, peppery beef dishes, and as a "magic ingredient" in hearty soups and stews.
Relax after a long day's work with a glass of our Cream Sherry, a delicious blended wine with hints of raisins, nuts and caramel, and fortified with 190-proof grape brandy. Enjoy a glass by itself, with sharp cheeses and desserts, or as an ingredient in soups, stews and sauces. Serve at cool room temperature or lightly chilled.
