Foxy Lady White bursts with the lively fresh-picked flavor of native Niagara grapes. This hardy and robust variety was bred in the 1860s by crossing Concords with another grape known as Cassidy. In Foxy Lady White, Niagaras produce a fun, delightfully sweet wine that is perfect for picnics and gatherings of friends.
We’ve been growing Vignoles since 1985 and it’s been a customer favorite for just as long. This luscious vintage bursts with citrus and exotic fruit flavors. Wonderfully delicious on its own or with spicy foods.
This semi-sweet white wine has a natural effervescence, lush fruit flavors, and a heady bouquet of orange blossoms. It is wonderful as an aperitif or paired with spicy dishes.
Put your feet up after work or after dinner, sip our Ruby Port, and relax! A personal favorite of our Director of Winemaking Jonathan Hunt, this wine features vibrant berry notes and a long, smooth finish fortified with high-proof grape brandy. Enjoy a glass all by itself, or with chocolates, blue-veined cheeses or fine cigars. (Laws prohibit shipment of this wine to Maine, Montana and Vermont residents.)
Our Late Harvest Vignoles is a seductively sweet after-dinner white wine in the Sauternes and Beerenauslese traditions that bursts with fresh citrus and exotic fruit flavors. Enjoy chilled with apple, pear or nut tarts, with bleu cheese, or all by itself.
Foxy Lady Red is made from delightfully sweet and always popular native Concord grapes. Discovered in the 1840s, this variety was so hardy and adaptable that it was planted everywhere; by the turn of the century, Concords made up 75% of the grapes in New York’s booming industry. Still appreciated for their intense fruitiness, Concords are the key ingredient in this sweet, fruity wine.
Our marquee wine, Vidal Blanc Ice Wine is a rare and lusciously sweet after-dinner wine with rich honey, apricot and exotic fruit flavors. Genuine ice wines (picked completely frozen, pressed frozen, never thawed) are rare by their very nature. With time, genuine ice wines darken in color, with raisin and honey notes predominating.

Relax after a long day's work with a glass of our Cream Sherry, a delicious blended wine with hints of raisins, nuts and caramel, and fortified with 190-proof grape brandy. Enjoy a glass by itself, with sharp cheeses and desserts, or as an ingredient in soups, stews and sauces. Serve at cool room temperature or lightly chilled. (Maine, Montana and Vermont laws prohibit us from shipping this wine to their residents.)
A semi-sweet blush wine that is lively blend of Catawba, Concord, and Chambourcin grapes. It is named for our sweet Bernese Mountain Dog, Gus, and is a celebration of all the dogs who have been – and still are – our constant companions on the farm. A portion of the proceeds is donated to the Humane Society of Yates County.
