This beautiful rosé embraces your all senses with its rich color, the aromas of tart cherry and red currants, and a taste that is crisp and refreshing. While many rosés are best all on their own, ours has been carefully crafted to complement and be a partner to the meals served around a summertime table. Enjoy with salads, seafood and cheeses.
A semi-sweet blush wine that is lively blend of Catawba, Concord, and Chambourcin grapes. It is named for our sweet Bernese Mountain Dog, Gus, and is a celebration of all the dogs who have been – and still are – our constant companions on the farm. A portion of the proceeds is donated to the Humane Society of Yates County.
