    • "You're the Chef" Roasted Vegetable Soup ($2)
    • Grilled Breast of Turkey Caesar Sandwich: sun-dried tomato puree in pita pocket ($3)
    • Thai Smothered Beef with Chuka curly Asian noodles and greens ($4)
    • Pulled Pork Barbecue Sandwich with apple, cabbage, horseradish slaw ($5)
    • Breast of Chicken and Shrimp Risotto ($3)
