A great white wine that is excellent when served chilled. It's perfect for sipping on a warm summer night and also goes well with pizza and hors d'oeuvres

This Cayuga is fruit forward with super juicy pineapple and granny smith apple, accompanied by some very nice slate-like mineral taste and even some grassy flavors! It's not very sweet, more like off-dry. The mouthfeel is super smooth, almost creamy. Many "creamy" wines tend to be flat, but this has a wonderful balance of acidity!

It isn't super complex, but for less than $10 you get a very delicious, well-balanced white wine! Many $20 don't drink like this! We thought this would go very well with a nice cheese and cracker spread! We'd also recommend pairing with Sushi!
